<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">1) 將粉類過篩兩次</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2) 雞蛋和糖用電動打蛋器打至糖溶</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3) 加入淡奶和水繼續打勻</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">4) 再逐少加入粉類, 用慢速打至均勻, 無粉粒為止</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">5) 最後加入菜油和香油打至均勻</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">6) 麵糊入雪櫃雪一小時, 再室溫攤暖便可以準備焗 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">6) 預熱雞蛋仔模, 掃油, 注入麵糊至滿</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">7) 蓋好模夾, 緊執模夾搖勻, 上下反轉, 每面約焗 1.5-2 分鐘</span><br />
